Forest Park Hotel is situated in the heart of the New Forest, yet within walking distance of Brockenhurst village and train station, offering a peaceful location for residential conferences and team-building events.

The hotel is easily accessible from Bournemouth, Ringwood and Southampton, and the extensive grounds include free parking. The conference facilities consist of two ground floor rooms, both overlooking the gardens and each with the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access.

Our five acres of landscaped grounds provide an ideal location for a variety of team-building activities such as laser pigeon shooting, archery and treasure hunts. For the more adventurous, horse-riding can be arranged with the Forest Park stables adjacent to the hotel.

Morant Room
The Morant Room has plenty of natural daylight and can seat up to 22 delegates for meetings, training sessions and private dinners. The Room is a charming venue for boardroom type events, and is adjacent to the Lounge, which is ideal for refreshments and breakout work.

Rhinefield Room
The Rhinefield Room is also on the ground floor and can seat a maximum of 50 delegates in a theatre-style layout or 24 in a U-shape layout. The Rhinefield Room opens out directly onto the gardens, and offers a tranquil venue for seminars and corporate events.
